Syed Feizal bin Syed Mohammad

Syed Feizal Syed Mohammad (Malaysian, aged 61, Male) was appointed to the Board on 17 March 2026.

Syed Feizal holds a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, USA. He has also obtained a Certificate in Climate Finance from the CFA Institute, USA.

En. Syed Feizal began his career with TECHNIP Malaysia in 1988 and served the organisation for over 27 years until 2015. Throughout his tenure, he held various technical and leadership positions, with his last position as Senior Vice President, Malaysia.

Subsequently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of MMC Engineering Group Berhad and BIV Global (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 2016 to 2019, where he led major infrastructure and power initiatives, including the 1,200 MW cogeneration project for PETRONAS RAPID Johor, MRT1 in transport and Langat Water Project in water supply.

Thereafter, he expanded his international exposure by serving as Asia Special Representative at Fleet Energy Inc. from February 2019 to January 2020, an independent global trading company involved in crude oil, refined products, LNG and petrochemicals, with operations in Dubai, Cairo and Russia. Thereafter, he was appointed as Executive Director and Board Member of IBC Industrial Co., Ltd., Thailand from July 2020 to February 2021, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s planned expansion into Malaysia particularly in onshore gas pipeline and industrial plant construction.

He was later appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad, a position he held from February 2021 until his resignation on 3 July 2025, where he was responsible for the Group’s overall strategic direction, transformation and turnaround in financial performance and operations.

He currently serves as Senior Advisor and Director of Consolidated Food Group (M) Sdn. Bhd., as well as Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal (SE Asia) Pte. Ltd., a leading business and financial global consulting group.

Other than the Company, he is not a Director of any other public company or listed issuer.
