We embed this into our existing policies, systems and practices and it applies to all of our employees, contractors and suppliers. At Deleum, it is every employee’s responsibility to maintain a work environment that reflects respect for human rights and is free from all discrimination and harassment.

Our Human Rights and Labour Standard Policy Statement summarises the underlying framework for Human Resources, Human Rights and Labour Standard Policy as approved and published internally for Deleum Group and forms part of Deleum Group’s conduct of businesses in an honest and ethical manner. The policy is prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia and has been communicated to all employees. It may appear in other languages however, in the event of a conflict, the English version will govern.
